Boyo Labs is an independent technology lab. It studies artificial intelligence and emerging tools, builds and maintains the infrastructure it runs on, and designs and fabricates physical objects from scratch. It's funded by an AI-assisted, automated investing practice — disciplined, with a human-in-the-loop (HITL) architecture — which keeps the lab free to run and explore without outside investment or grants. Its actual research product is the logs — real build notes and findings, published as they happen, on GitHub.
